Service calls built around business continuity
Tell us which systems are down, what changed before the failure and whether the problem affects life-safety equipment, refrigeration, point-of-sale systems or tenant operations. That triage helps determine urgency and the likely skill set, test equipment and materials required. For occupied sites, access rules, escort requirements, loading restrictions and approved work windows should be captured before dispatch.
Tenant improvements and fit-outs
Office, retail, clinic and restaurant fit-outs require electrical decisions before framing and ceilings are complete. Power layouts, lighting controls, signage, dedicated equipment circuits, emergency lighting and data pathways should be coordinated with architectural, mechanical and millwork drawings. We can then price from a defined scope, flag long-lead equipment and plan inspections without holding up the rest of the project.
Distribution, panels and equipment loads
New equipment is not just a receptacle request. Voltage, phase, full-load current, disconnect requirements, available fault current and panel capacity all matter. Provide equipment nameplates and manufacturer documentation early. We verify the existing distribution, run the calculations and determine whether a new circuit, transformer, panel change or service modification is needed before the install is scheduled.
Lighting that supports the space
Commercial lighting projects may target energy use, maintenance, merchandising, comfort or code compliance. A useful proposal should define fixture quantities, colour temperature, control strategy, emergency-lighting impact and disposal of replaced lamps or drivers. For occupied spaces, phasing and temporary lighting can keep departments operational. Controls should be commissioned and labelled so staff are not left with a system no one understands.
Documentation for repeatable maintenance
Multi-site operators and property managers benefit from a consistent closeout package: service notes, before-and-after photos, panel schedule updates, test results where applicable, deficiency items and recommended next actions. That record reduces repeated diagnosis and gives future contractors a clearer starting point. It also helps ownership separate immediate safety work from planned capital improvements across a portfolio.
